In March of 2020, my family, and I returned home from a peaceful camping trip, only to be greeted by the world's rapidly shifting landscape due to the onset of COVID-19. The uncertainty in the air prompted us to reevaluate our lives and aspirations.

As the pandemic forced us to stay indoors and isolate, we found ourselves yearning for something different—a life filled with exploration, adventure, and liberation from the confines of a traditional lifestyle. We craved a simpler, more nomadic existence. And so, the idea of embarking on an RV life journey was born.

But, as we soon discovered, the path to realizing this dream was far from straightforward. It took us a full year of relentless searching to find the perfect RV, alongside the emotional journey of letting go of cherished possessions and saying goodbye to our large HOA home. It was a process of shedding the material to make room for experiences.

At last, our moment arrived. We discovered our dream RV and a small house to complement our mobile lifestyle. Yet, this was only the beginning. With unwavering determination and a shared vision, we transformed our RV and tiny house into a true home on wheels—a sanctuary where every morning offered a different view from our window.

During this transformative phase, I made a life-altering decision. I bid farewell to my corporate job and followed my passion, enrolling in a school in Athens, Texas, to become an RV technician and inspector. This career shift not only equipped us with valuable skills but also allowed us to extend a helping hand to fellow travelers on the road.

Our journey led us through states and terrains that stole our breath away. From the vast plains of Missouri to the sunny shores of Florida, the towering peaks of Colorado to the serene hills of Wyoming, we crisscrossed the nation, one highway at a time. We offered our expertise to families in need, conducting inspections, performing maintenance, and making repairs to ensure their journeys were safe and seamless.

Our adventures knew no bounds. We ventured deep into the heart of America, meandering through Nebraska's endless cornfields and exploring the rugged beauty of South Dakota's Black Hills. And as our journey continued, we found ourselves captivated by the breathtaking landscapes of Arizona, where we are currently located.

Our story isn't just about life on the open road; it's a testament to the power of following your heart, especially in the face of uncertainty. It's about reinventing our lives, letting go of the unnecessary, and embracing the beauty of the unknown. And above all, it's about lending a helping hand to others, guiding them on their own paths to adventure and happiness.
